October 12, 2026
The files controlled by Kudurru's licensors within ee/ are source-available, not OSI open-source, unless a file contains an explicit separate license notice.
- Personal/homelab and qualifying nonprofit use: governed by the repository's Kudurru Community License, including its eligibility, contribution, license-key, and node restrictions. Eligible users may use available enterprise features with a valid free entitlement as defined in that license.
- Development, testing, and contributions: allowed only within the boundaries of the Kudurru Community License and applicable contributor policies, including any CLA required for upstream contributions.
- Business, government, MSP, and other commercial Production use: requires a separately accepted Kudurru Commercial Software License Agreement and an applicable Order Form. Core commercial use does not automatically unlock
ee/; the Order Form must authorize the Enterprise plan or named modules. - Commercial source rights: limited to uses, internal changes, copies, users, deployments, and term specified in the executed commercial agreement. Public redistribution of proprietary enterprise source is not permitted unless separately authorized.
A public source repository and possession of a key do not themselves grant commercial rights. Third-party components retain their own notices and licenses; this notice does not revoke rights granted for historical versions under other licenses.
